Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy governs the software applications developed and operated by Studio Equilibrium, including both the Accord° practice management platform and the SE Design Portal. We are committed to protecting your privacy and explaining transparently how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

1. Information We Collect

• Account Data: Name, email address, and authentication credentials.
• Project Data & File Links: Documents, architectural plans, site visit logs, and financial milestones. For project drawings, specifications, and folders hosted on Google Drive, the platform stores only the shared link (URL) and associated metadata on its central servers.
  • Google Account Users: When granted permission, the platform uses read-only access (drive.readonly) directly on your device via Google APIs to retrieve folder contents, render in-app document lists, and enable secure local caching for offline viewing. The platform does not duplicate, copy, or host your Google Drive file binaries on its central databases.
  • Non-Google Users: The platform does not fetch or render Google Drive contents in-app; users are redirected to view shared files directly in their web browser via Google's web interface.
• Contact Information: If you use the "Import from Phone" feature, the app requests local permission to read contacts solely to populate the in-app invite form. Contact data is never uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly invite that user to a project.

2. Data Security

We utilize Google Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore. All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard HTTPS/TLS protocols.

3. Account Deletion

You have the right to request the permanent deletion of your account and personal data. You can delete your account within the App (Settings > Profile > Delete Account) or via our secure web portal.

4. Data Retention & Trial Accounts

To protect user privacy and optimize system performance, inactive accounts and associated project data that remain on a free trial tier without upgrading will be automatically and permanently deleted after 60 days of inactivity following the expiration of the trial period.

5. Google User Data & Limited Use Policy

Accord° and SE Design Portal's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• Data Accessed: We request drive.readonly access strictly to list and download architectural project files shared with you.
• Data Use: This data is used solely to display your project documents within the application interface.
• Data Sharing: We do not share, transfer, or sell your Google Drive data to any third parties, advertising platforms, or data brokers.
